Geospatial Data Project Manager
My work experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software spans over twenty–five years. For the past 20 years, I have worked most recently as a senior system analyst. I have previously worked as an Spatial Data Manager, Data Coordinator and GIS Specialist. Also, in the State of Texas’ Commission on Environmental Quality’s Office of Water Enterprises.
In those positions, I worked and partnered with federal grant initiatives, water supply entities,region staff, utilities and districts, IT enterprises, interstate agencies to provide them with geospatial map presentation and consulting for GIS solutions.
My career began as a GIS architectural designer for government infrastructure engineering projects, which included providing starting-point to transportation systems, energy, cadastral survey and technical expertise on GIS-based map coordinate accuracy and procedures and data inventory for digital development of statewide spatial data assets.
